A TAIS Signature Program

TAIS Mentors is a yearlong experience designed to connect experienced independent school leaders with colleagues across our network who are seeking expanded perspective, guidance, and support. Built on the power of shared experience, this newly expanded network mentorship model creates space for connection and reflection, growth and insight, and stronger practice at every level. Harness the power of presence, and move forward with confidence and clarity.

  • Seeking perspective and experiences beyond their own school
  • Navigating an adaptive challenge or seeking to build capacity
  • Wanting to expand their perspective on effective independent school practice—whether through micro exploration, targeted focus, or highly specific inquiry

 

Ready to start the conversation?

Registration is open through Friday, September 19th, for 2025-2026 TAIS Mentors.

After completing your registration form, you will:

  • Receive access to browse Mentor Profiles and share your preferences (due by Monday, September 22)
  • Receive your finalized mentor match by Thursday, September 25
  • Join the Mentee Launch Zoom on Thursday, September 25 from 4:00–4:45 p.m. CST
  • Reach out to your mentor by Wednesday, October 1 to initiate your first connection
