Propose a Program
A Rolling Call for sessions, workshops, and more
TAIS values the opportunity to feature best practices from within our network and also from partners and experts beyond. We seek to offer development on all aspects of school life.
- Emphasize the voices and experiences of independent school teachers and leaders.
- Thoughtfully tailor your content for the TAIS community, rather than sharing a generic or widely offered presentation.
- Address emerging trends, current challenges, or opportunities facing independent school professionals.
- Offer a fresh perspective, innovative practice, or new approach with evidence of best practice.
- Include interactive and engaging elements that encourage participation and transfer to personal context.
- Proposals are accepted year-round and reviewed as programming needs arise.
- Proposals for stand-alone workshops should be submitted at least five months in advance of your proposed date.
- Proposals for conference sessions should be submitted at least four months in advance of the association's pre-determined event date.
- Annual Conference proposals are not rolling and are gathered via a separate portal. Learn more here.
- You will be notified only if your proposal is accepted. Due to the volume of submissions, we are unable to respond individually to proposals that are not selected.
- All proposals will remain on file for consideration for future events.
- Selected presenters receive complimentary event registration and, therefore, are expected to participate in the full event.
