The Tennessee Association of Independent Schools (TAIS) is seeking a dynamic and self-directed Partnerships and Special Projects Director to serve as a vital link between the association, its member schools, and its corporate partners. This versatile role combines high-level relationship stewardship with comprehensive event orchestration, requiring an individual who can lead the TAIS Corporate Partnership Program, manage digital marketing and communications, and execute complex logistics for events ranging from intimate workshops to large-scale conferences. The ideal candidate brings at least five years of experience in independent schools or non-profits, possesses a proactive approach to logistical problem-solving, and thrives in a blend of virtual and in-person environments. Based in Tennessee and frequently hosting in-person events in Nashville, this position offers a unique opportunity to strategically support the independent school community within a highly collaborative, dependable, and mission-driven team.
