TAIS Mini-Conferences Exhibitor Booth | These conferences offer focused, practical professional learning in a one-day format—built around timely topics and the real needs of independent school teams. 

Five to seven mini-conferences are offered each year, covering a wide range of themes across teaching, learning, leadership, and operations. Most sessions are hosted in the Nashville area to make travel and participation as accessible as possible for schools across the region.

  • Open to all organizations; capacity is limited. Registration is first come, first served. Discounted pricing is available for Annual Partners—please contact TAIS staff to receive your promo code.

  • Nonprofit organizations should also contact TAIS staff to receive the nonprofit discount code (regardless of Annual Partner status).

  • Recognition on the event webpage, in event marketing emails, and on in-person signage

  • Two complimentary full-day registrations for representatives (lunch included)

  • One 6- or 8-foot exhibitor table for your booth setup

  • Branded swag opportunity: Sponsors are invited to provide approved branded items for attendee distribution.

  • Content review and proposal invitation: TAIS staff will connect with your team to learn more about your content. If it aligns with program priorities, your organization will be invited to submit a session proposal for consideration.
