The 2026 TAIS Annual Conference invites educators and school leaders to look more closely, practice discernment and articulation, and shape learning and leadership with greater purpose. Join us in looking to art and innovation to build the skills needed to lead our school communities with vibrancy and greater intention.

Heads' Retreat Networking

This package offers organizations a simple avenue to be present throughout the Heads' Retreat. By learning alongside Heads of School, organizations gain insight into the priorities, challenges, and opportunities shaping school leadership across our network.

Package Includes

  • A dedicated 30" round high-top networking table with two bar-stools
  • Registration and meals for two representatives
  • Opportunity to network with decision-makers during coffee, breaks, and lunch
Heads' Retreat Sponsorship and Exhibition aims to foster connection. Exhibition takes form as learning alongside Heads rather than as traditional exhibition booths. Availability contingent on space; first come, first served.

Partner Solutions

TAIS values the opportunity to connect schools’ decision makers with the expertise and resources that are leading education, yet also rooted in the needs of our network. During Partner Solutions, Heads of School will meet with participating organizations in a couple of small-group conversations in order to build organic and user-driven relationships that highlight corporate partners’ strategic support and proven solutions.

Exclusively available to Strategic Partners (complimentary), Annual Gold Supporters ($150), and Lead Sponsors of the Annual Conference ($100). Limited to fifteen spots and filled first come, first served.

November 7
9:00 AM - 4:00 PM Exhibition Load-In and Setup All Annual Conference and Heads' Retreat exhibitions must be loaded in and set up on Saturday, November 7th. On Sunday, November 8th, there will not be access to the conference site before the opening of registration.

1:01 PM Exhibitor Arrival
Conference Site and Parking Lot Open at 1:00 pm CT (No Early Access Available)
Exhibitors must complete setup on Saturday and be ready to greet attendees when registration opens at 1:00 PM CT on Sunday.

Parking and campus spaces cannot be accessed before 1:00 PM on Sunday.
5:45 PM - 7:30 PM Evening Reception
An invitation-only gathering attended by hosting partners, network leaders, and special guests. Hosted on a secondary site.
