"TEACHERS, DON'T JUST TEACH IT - INSPIRE with IT!"

It's not about clicking and dragging!  It's not about blogging, podcasting or web 2.0.  It's about teaching and learning - or learning and teaching.  In this "flattening" world, we are required to be more creative, more flexible, more community based.  However, the world still needs good, empathetic, ingenious educators, a teacher, a Yoda - yes, you!  The students, now more than ever, need us.  At the same time, multimedia is a language to our students.  If we're smart and ready, we can use it in very academic, highly rigorous ways (and still have fun along the way, too).  If we use multimedia correctly, we can empower students in ways that we never imagined.  Turn your classroom into a stage, a studio, a community - and hurry!  Your students are waiting for you to catch up with them.
